Print and complete the registration form and return it with the registration fee of $145 payable to WESTERN SPORTS CAMPS.

Mail to 10625 Bragg Avenue, Grass Valley, CA 95945. This fee includes camp instruction and t-shirt. No refunds after June 1. Ask about our group early rate discount. Pads available to rent for $35/set. Scholarship Mailing $35 campers, $100 non-campers.

Deposit

A Non-refundable deposit of $20 for individuals or $500 for groups is required by May 1st. Each camp is limited to the first 300 deposits/ applications, unless field space allows more participation.
